I had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful jungle setting. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent, though the service could be improved as it sometimes felt a bit slow. I absolutely loved the excursions offered and the overall atmosphere was tranquil. However, getting in and out of the pool can be a challenge due to the lack of a ladder, which is something to be mindful of.
